Steamed Crab Meat and Pork Ciao Long Bao at Din Tai Fung. These are Chinese Soup Dumplings, steamed dumplings that contain a rich broth trapped inside the parcel of the folded dumpling, they need to be eaten with care, preferably topped with either soy or black vinegar sauce and some slices of ginger, I must say they’re really good!
