Say hello to my little friend.....

My commute this AM in Rome #rome #mycommute #sunrise

This is the reason I ride Tubeless. Wasn’t even aware of this until I inspected my tyres at the weekend. #tubeless @milkit_bike

Sorry if you have wanted to cross the road, @spazioeventitirso is busy doing something far more important than your physical safety.... #lifeinrome

Bye bye Amsterdam, see you soon! #ibc2019 #ibc #klm

Ciao Amsterdam, see you at IBC 2020 if not before #ibc #ibc20 #amsterdam

Amsterdam nights.

Kind of mesmerizing watching the traffic in Amsterdam, and I’m yet to hear someone using their horn!

I’m already missing @lecuredefrance and looking forward to next year! More great riding , more fund raising. #lecuredefrance2019 #lecuredefrance #ridingtocurecancer

Amsterdam. Just like Rome. Especially note the mass of double or even triple parked cars. #satire

En route to Amsterdam for #ibc

@lecuredefrance 2019, you were amazing. 4 days, 392km, 11280m. £149K and counting raised to fight cancer. Still accepting sponsorship here: https://ift.tt/2XUFZN9

The legendary Alpe D’Huez. We’ll be back next year for another @lecuredefrance

The day after @lecuredefrance. The Curistas are all here in Alpe D’Huez after 4 grueling but memorable days cycling some legendary cold, raising money to beat cancer. #lecuredefrance

Arc 1800 to Saint Jean de Maurienne. That was tough, very tough. We set of in 12C, climbing the Col de Tra, climbing the Col de la Madeleine it was 41C. Beautiful, but unforgiving. The Lacets de Montvernier was fun (pictured). #lecuredefrance @lecuredefrance

Le Cure 2019 Stage 4. Another epic day, another Le Cure. Col du Lautaret, the stunning Col de Sarenne, and finally Alpe D’Huez. Nearly £2000 raised for charity. You can still sponsor me here: https://ift.tt/2XUFZN9 #lecuredefrance @lecuredefrance

Probably the most epic day on the bike I’ve ever had. Hot up the Col de Beau Plain and then on to the Col du Telegraphe. The sting in the tail was the Col di Galibier. Summited with a huge thunderstorm that brought very heavy rain and a dramatic change in temperature, got absolutely soaked on the descent.

Love the Giro, but love @lecuredefrance more. People raising money to make a difference and cure cancer. You can still sponsor me here: https://ift.tt/2XUFZN9

@lecuredefrance 2019, all the Curistas at the start of what would be a punishing day, with 2654m of climbing across 3 cols: Colle San Carlo, Petit San Bernard & Les Arcs.

Descending into Geneva to start @lecuredefrance 2019. As always those mountains sure do look big 👀 🏔 #lecuredefrance2019 #lecuredefrance

How to celebrate your birthday - a quick 37km before work in my fabulous new @gobik_wear cycling jersey. For anyone who wants to make a donation to Le Cure De France, which I will be doing next week, you can still sponsor me here: https://ift.tt/2XUFZN9

Smashed it, thanks to some very generous folks!! But, that doesn’t mean you can’t still support me 🙂. Next week I will be cycling up some classic French cols as part of Le Cure 2019 to raise money for Cancer Research. I will attempt to cycle 387 kilometres and climb 12,361 vertical metres over 4 days. Any donation however small is gratefully received. You can sponsor me here: https://ift.tt/2XUFZN9 #lecure19 @lecuredefrance
